14th Addiction - Distressed Sheepskin Leather "Real de Catorce" Blazer

$870.00Price

14th Addiction is a Japanese fashion brand founded in 2007 by designer Teruki Uchise. Known for its romantically rebellious and pirate-inspired aesthetics, the brand integrates elements of Visual Kei, emphasizing distressed and vintage-inspired leatherwear, punk motifs, and artisanal craftsmanship. Uchise previously gained experience with his earlier label, KMRii, specializing in leather accessories and jewelry. After a global journey that included learning techniques in Mexico and settling in Bali, Indonesia, Uchise launched the monumental "14th Addiction" to expand his creations into a more personalized catalog of apparel, footwear, and accessories.

This relic of a garment, crafted by thy 14th Addiction, embodies layers of authenticity and madness. Entirely composed of sheepskin leather, the material has undergone a series of meticulous processes to reach its final evolution. It has been deeply dyed in true black, followed by a polished finish to enhance its longevity and impart a mysterious, elegant gloss. Distressed using a sporadic suede-like technique, the blazer transforms into a piece steeped in lore. Adorned with custom hardware featuring the brand’s infamous cross logo along the pocket and contrasting lapel, it is further complemented by rune-like buttons fastening the blazer and wrist hems. Designed with five pockets—two enclosed and one hidden inner pocket—the blazer offers both functionality and intrigue. The inner lining is entirely composed of silk, finished with a whisker wash/print resembling an animalistic interior. A garment that fits proportionally, crafted from exceptionally high-quality materials, and presents a macabre essence; this is a piece destined to turn to ash with its possessor.
